JAM PROCESSING
In this process the fresh fruits are firstly washed.Then with the help of Porporating machine the juice is extracted from this fruits.Then this juice is placed in electronic boiler where it is boiled due to to heat generated.Then an accurate amount of sugar and prservatives and approved food colour is added to this boiled juice. This jam is now placed in storage tanks and then with help of packing machine it is packed in containers. Then this containers are labelled and sent further for sale across the counters.
